✨ Please arrive on time or a little earlier than your scheduled booking po, to avoid any conflicts with the next schedule.

✨ We can only hold your slot for a 10-minute grace period. Beyond that, we may need to reschedule or release your appointment to the next client or walk-in.

✨ Please allow 5–10 minutes before your session for your body to cool down and fully relax — this helps you get the most out of your treatment.

✨ Cancellations made within 3 hours of your appointment are considered a No-Show. A 50% non-refundable down payment will be required to book your next appointment.
