MIZPAH Wellness Spa (“we”) respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This notice explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect when you book
- Your contact details: full name, mobile number and email address.
- Your booking: date and time, number of guests, each guest’s first name and gender, chosen treatments, add-ons and total.
- Notes you choose to give us, such as pressure or focus areas from the body map. Please don’t include medical details you would rather tell us in person.
Why we use it
Only to reserve and prepare your session: to hold your time, match therapists to each guest, contact you to confirm or follow up on your booking, and send you a copy by email. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Your booking is saved in our secure booking system, hosted by a cloud database provider (Supabase), which only our staff can access through a password-protected admin panel. A confirmation email is sent through our email service. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside the Philippines.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them to manage your bookings and any loyalty or gift benefits, and for up to five years where tax or accounting rules require it. After that they are deleted.
Gift certificates & the 5+1
These requests are composed on your device and sent only when you choose Messenger or a text message; they are then handled like any other message you send us.
The body map
The areas, pressure and goal you choose on Your focus stay in your browser unless you add them to a booking.
Measurement & cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example, how many people reach each booking step. It records anonymous usage and may set cookies; it never receives your name, number, email or notes. The Google Map on our Visit page loads only when you tap “Show the map here”, after which Google’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to its use. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
